 What is Temple Fit Camp: 

  A four week indoor and out door program of fitness training, nutritional education and spiritual encouragement, for women of all levels .(no one gets left behind.) Led by Kelly Barbera, certified ISSA personal trainer. Kelly has a heart to help women meet their fitness goals and grow deeper in their walk of Faith. 

 

What can I expect from Temple Fit Camp:

 Motivating fun exercises to help you reach your fitness goals. No, we don’t yell at you!

Optional Daily Devotionals to uplift you and allow you to share fellowship with other women.

Nutrition Education

Before and after assessments

Dynamic training with Kelly Barbera, an ISSA certified personal trainer/ retired professioanl dancer

Fellowship with other ladies that have the same goals as you

 What do I need to bring:

 You will need an exercise/yoga mat, small hand weights (5 to 8 lbs) running shoes, and water. Weights can be purchase at any sports store.

When and Where:

 We meet 3 days a week Monday, Wednessday and Friday mornings at Crockett park in the Williamson County Parks and Recs Indoor Soccer Arena.  Camp is from 6:30am – 7:30 am and 9am to 10am. Call for locations and times of our next session.

What can I expect after completing Fit Camp:

 Loss of inches, body fat and a firmer body

( an average loss of  7 to 12 lbs and  drop 1 to 2  pant sizes in 4 weeks.)

 Improved posture.

 Increased Strength and endurance

 A happier, healthy, more confident you.

 New Friends that share the same passions as you

 What is the cost:

 A four week session is only $200.00

Under 16.00 an hour, with a personal trainer!
